Off to Geek Squad we go. Fortunately, I have lit a fire under their A@@- so it shouldn't (hopefully) take too long. Maybe a day- hopefully 4th time is the charm! :)
P.S- Rent "Juno"- it is ADORABLE. Tonight I am renting "Lars and the Real Girl" I'll keep you posted how it is- when I get my computer back.
